Please first ensure your order is eligible for return under our return policy.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can request a prepaid return label here by selecting the order you would like to return and clicking 'return'. This will send your return request to our team. 

Once your request has been received, a member of our team will review the request and send a pre-paid return label within 1 business day.

Once you have printed your return label, please follow the instructions below: 

• Pack the items you are returning in the original package; enclose the original packing slip or a copy of the packing slip in your return package. Please be sure to mark the return quantity for all items you’re returning.
• Seal the box securely and adhere the return shipping label included with your order to the package.
• Packages can be dropped off at any FedEx drop-off location (https://local.fedex.com/en-us). We highly recommend obtaining a receipt upon drop-off.

Please note: We are unable to send a return label if the order is not eligible for return.
