Discount codes cannot be stacked with other codes and/or promotions. Codes will also not work on special release items or items on sale for 40% off or more. 

Why isn't my discount code working? 

Thanks for reaching out! We cannot make changes to an order after it's been placed. However, if your order has not yet shipped we would be happy to cancel the order. Please click here to put in an order cancellation request and a member of or customer support team will get back to you within 1 business day. 

Please note, our customer service department is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST and we cannot change or cancel orders for special release and/or final sale items.

I need to change or cancel my order

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. However, during busier times it may take up to 5 business days for an order to ship. If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received an email with tracking information, please send an email to support@ruleofnext.com


When will my order ship? 

There are times that tracking shows delivered but an order will not get dropped off until the next day or so. If you still haven't received the item in 3 business days please email support@ruleofnext.com and let a member of our team know.
