When will my order ship?

Can I make changes to my order?

We cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed. However, if your order has not yet shipped we would be happy to cancel the order so you can make a new order for the correct item(s).

Can I exchange my order?

We can only initiate an exchange if the incorrect size or item was received. We cannot offer exchanges for any other reason. If you would like a different item or size than the one you ordered, we suggest returning the item received if it is eligible

My package says delivered but I haven't received it.
